Snow & Ice Management
We offer the snow season coverage periods for our clients:
October 15th to April 15th or November 1st to April 30th providing 6 months of peace of mind.
Our standard minimum scope of work is to clear all pedestrian and handicap stalls on trace snow or greater. Parking lot clearing starts at 5 cms or greater. Both of these services are quoted on a monthly flat basis.
Ice management costs are typically invoiced on amount applied over the course of each monthly billing and sanding is charged per application following a plowing session or when ice conditions are present. An option for a flat monthly charge for the ice management services is always available..

Snow Hauling
Our Operations Team offers quick and efficient hauling of snow piles from your property. In keeping with most municipalities’ bylaws and liability insurers coverage any snow piled more than two meters in height is generally to be removed for safety reasons.
Property owners or contractors can fill in a work order and request a snow pile(s) to be removed or cap the service-based a a budget of hours requested.

Sanding Services
Whether you are a property manager or owner or a snow contractor in need of having the property maintained we are here to help.
You can dispatch a sanding truck to your place of business with the option of either 5 mm gravel applications or a pickle mix consisting of 1.75 to 2.25% road salt mixture with the 5 mm gravel.

Our Operations Team offers two programs for both snow contractors and property owners and managers when it comes to emergency snow removal and ice mitigation services.
One of those programs is an integrated insurance policy that provides a peace of mind whether you are a contractor hired to deliver services or a business that requires the assurance that your parking lot and pedestrian pathways are clear and safe of snow and ice. Contractors run the risk of equipment breakdown, staff and labor issues or lack of equipment to meet the demands of the client. Businesses know that if their contractor can't complete the work due to the above issues or prolonged snow event and have critical operations or facing liability exposure need to know they can rely on a backup plan.
By proactively signing up for support snow clearing, ice management or sanding services or all the above we will ensure that a logistical plan and team are ready to be dispatched upon request.
