Hines Commercial Services has signed a memorandum of understanding regarding the company merging into Hines Facilities Services Ltd. which is anticipated to be completed as of October 31 2020. Hines Facilities Services Ltd. will begin providing snow removal operations for Trinity Place Foundation starting November 1st, 2020.
