Both family companies grew and expanded their services under the leadership of Corey Hines and John Hines throughout the first and second decade of the new millennium supporting many of Canada’s S & P/ TSX 60 companies. In 2020 the two multi-generational family businesses merged their operations and expertise and now service commercial, industrial, HOA and retail properties throughout western Canada and now starting in the United States headquartered in Texas. With more than 150 dedicated team members and growing we at Hines Facilities continue to expand our services, affiliated companies and client support philosophy across Canada and throughout the States.
Hines Facilities was founded four decades ago, and provides integrated facility and maintenance services for leading companies including the resource and energy, communication, logistics, finance, marine and technology sectors.
From their downtown head offices to the industrial operations and remote facility sites, Hines Facilities provides all manner of maintenance support services. From Day one, we put our clients first and delivered results through Integrity – Innovation – Insight. It’s that simple and we know the difficulty and challenges in delivering ‘Simple’; when it’s required on time which in business terms translates to ‘we need it done last week’. So thinking outside of the business box and going that extra distance has built trusted relationships that continue strong to this day.
