Client Care Philosophy

Hines Facilities Services, under our Operations Team formed a department whose sole focus is  to support the requests and needs of our customers. The goal  ensures that the practices of our staff training and safety protocols are covered in every project and repair that’s undertaken on behalf of the companies and their employees we work for.  

In order to know whether we are meeting expectations our client care department follows up with those we engage with to confirm that the work we perform has the desired resolution and that we are doing everything possible to exceed those expectations. 

In other words by talking and listening to our clients we demonstrate our pledge of INTEGRITY by continuing to gain INSIGHT to better understand how to serve their needs better which leads to INNOVATION in our practices.

Health & Safety

Hines has built its reputation on a commitment to foster a safe work environment for our employees and the clients we work for. We are proud of our stellar safety record and we train all of our employees in best health protocols and stay safe practices as part of our onboarding program, and  ongoing training modules.

Environmental Practises

Hines provides an environmental sanitation plan for each facility that it conducts work in. Our goal is to minimize the environmental impact when it comes to the services and project work that we provide.

Hines developed the Procedural Based Cleaning System, which uses 100% environmentally friendly product lines (through our affiliate company Gunnar Supply Co) and practices a recycle and reuse system in its service applications. This includes using natural and proprietary developed products including recycled paper and bamboo materials; as well as chemicals that do not harm or impact the environment. We take great pride in our environmental stewardship program. This is reflected in our ongoing development and research to further foster a cleaner, safer and naturally clean work environment through our other affiliated company Biosecure Innovations Inc.

As a company we are committed to reaching a zero carbon emission work services goal. We are investing and growing our solar energy charging systems in our service vehicle’s (insert picture of Corey’s van) and have already begun changing our work fleet to electric service vehicles. 

So too with our work tools and equipment. We are currently implementing EV commercial mowers, snow and landscape equipment systems for next generation, line trimming, saws, blowers and sweepers. As the industry continues to advance in this direction, so too are we. On the current trajectory we plan to be carbon neutral in our service practices by 2026.

Hines is proud to announce that we have achieved CIMS-Green Building Certification. This accreditation applies to our management structure and performance systems and processes and demonstrates that Hines is structured to deliver consistent, quality services.
